Location and Facilities
Brodnax Mills was founded in 1944 and operates from its manufacturing facility conveniently located near Route 85 in southern Virginia. The Company's sales office and show room are located in mid-town in New York City.

Mission of Brodnax Mills
In 1994, Brodnax Mills set as its mission to create an environment for its employees, customers, and shareholders that promotes being the premier provider of specialty yarns to its markets. This mission involves the Company's effort to:

• Enhance and ensure customer satisfaction by consistently producing the highest quality products in the required time, with superior levels of service, and in an efficient and productive manner.
• Manufacture its products in a safe environment for its employees and neighbors.
• Encourage the active participation of all employees and production team members in the operation of its business.
• Continually evaluate new product and market opportunities and continuously improve all aspects of the business to ensure a leadership position for the Company in its markets in the future.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing is organized around modular production units which are managed by self-directed production team members. This manufacturing set-up allows the Company to produce quality yarns in an efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining top quality. Team members are actively involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
